absolutely dreadful experience. The food was cold and basically inedible, and oh, only one biscuit per day in the mini bar? Ridiculous. I expected an upgrade for all the inconvenience but was treated like just another number. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but I just couldn’t after this stay.

My children wished the pool facilities stayed open later.

Hidden gem with top-notch staff!
Just spent 9 nights in an amazing ocean view room. The staff were super friendly and always had a smile, especially at the poolside snack bar! Only issue was the occasional noise from the nearby bar, which got bothersome at night. But overall, the drinks and service were hard to beat!

I had a fantastic experience during my stay as a solo traveler for six nights. The friendly staff consistently went above and beyond, especially during the entertaining Cinema under the Stars event. I loved the Premium Room Ocean Front View, which provided stunning ocean vistas and a great balcony space for enjoying sunrises and sunsets. The a la carte breakfast at the reserve was particularly impressive, and I appreciated how the buffet options were consistently well-prepared and flavorful.
