Lovely building, lovely and absolutely incredible location right by the main restaurant for breakfast and dinner and the airport and Las Palmas, or Puerto de Mogan in the other direction. Also, absolutely near everything. Great-sizedroom with a balcony and replacement milk and TV as advertised. Outstanding assortment of bread and cereal for breakfast.

Exceptionally comfortable hotel with an exceptional team at the reception desk. New-fashioned, huge room with a private bathroom, shower, and even a bidet. - Exclusive atmosphere and good location next to the beach, with a nice walking path to Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas.

The venue is spotless and the employees are extremely helpful. the bed is comfy, and the room has a big bathroom, a minibar, satellite television, and climate control. There is plenty of food at breakfast, including bread and cereal. the hotel is located beachfront to a nice beach. For tea or coffee, visit Las Lomas Bar Cafe nearby.

Breakfast selection was amazing, and the buffet food was top-notch. Location was good too, with easy access to everything we needed. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made our stay even better. The hotel had a relaxed feel to it, and most guests were older, which suited us just fine. The Level was a great experience, and we enjoyed the benefits it offered. The spa was fantastic too, used it almost every day.

There were a few things we didn't like, however. Our room had a view of the car park, which was a bummer.

You can also enjoy the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, jacuzzi, and Turkish bath. the sun terrace is the perfect place to catch some rays and admire the beautiful garden area.

Although this hotel is top quality, there was one minor issue that could be improved. the live entertainment was a bit lackluster and could benefit from more variety.

We had a great time at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in front of the beach in a quiet area of St Agustin. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. We also liked the fact that there was free parking available, making it convenient for us to explore the area. The hotel facilities were great, especially the beautiful pool area and the spacious rooms with their own balconies. Transportation was also easy, with restaurants located in both directions along the beach walkway.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel located in a tranquil area, just steps away from a beautiful dark sand beach. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the view from my balcony. The staff was friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit and delicious cooked-to-order dishes. I also enjoyed the fitness center and the daily activities offered. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to a fancy restaurant in town and the stunning Maspalomas dunes.

The WiFi in the room was intermittent.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
